The Easiest Way to Non-Surgical Penis Enlargement
The results are out…penis traction devices really do work. A number of medical studies in the last few years have conclusively shown that with consistent use men on average achieve a 30 percent increase in erect penis length. That means that a bloke with an average six incher can expect to gain almost two extra inches over the course of a few months. What's more, these things don't just stretch your penis lengthways; they add some girth as well. Exciting times then - particularly for the huge number of men who'd happily welcome a couple of extra inches, but don't relish the prospect of surgery.
With all the evidence supporting their effectiveness, you're probably wondering which out of the numerous devices available really does deliver on its promises? Well, thanks to the high profile of the Penis-Enlargement.org website I've been fortunate enough to test drive several of the leading devices…giving me a pretty fair idea of which one really is as effective and effortless as possible.
To be entirely honest, most of the well known penile traction devices I've come across are pretty well built. You're not going to have problems with them breaking, buckling, rusting or otherwise. A couple of the devices you've probably seen advertised have even passed the scrutiny of medical certification. Yes, they really are officially endorsed as a safe means of non-surgical penis enlargement!
So which one should you choose? Well…as far as I’m concerned, the offering from SizeGenetics probably provides the best combination of build quality and comfort; and as a result…sustained penile growth.
If you’ve done any research into non-surgical penis enlargement you’ve probably come across the SizeGenetics device. It’s featured quite heavily in the media in recent months…and has even been billed by the mainstream press as the ‘Rolls Royce’ of traction devices – quite a reputation to live up to! You might have seen the UK Channel 4 documentary in which journalist Tim Shaw gave the device a go and gained an amazing ½ inch in just 14 days…pretty impressive stuff. If you missed the documentary, or live outside the UK…take a look at the snippet below:
Much of the publicity surrounding SizeGenetics is down to the fact that this urologist developed device was the first of its kind to gain certification as a ‘Type 1 Medical Device’ suitable for the purpose of non-surgical penis enlargement. Official medical backing of this type isn’t easily gained, and requires conclusive clinical evidence of effectiveness. A medical paper entitled ‘Tractive Elongation of the Penis by Means of Stretching’ provided this evidence for SizeGenetics – recording an average gain in erect penis length of 27.5% in 37 men over a six month period of use. That medical paper proved that the device doesn’t just work, it works amazingly well.
Having given the device a go, I can tell you first hand why it’s so effective. Firstly, it’s pretty obvious from first use that this really is a precision engineered piece of medical kit. Whereas many of the well known traction devices I’ve tried can be slightly uncomfortable to wear to say the least, and have a tendency to slip off every few minutes, I found that the SizeGenetics device provides a perfect anatomical fit.
The base of the device moulds itself perfectly to the base of your penis. You don’t feel the device digging into your groin at all. What’s more, the SizeGenetics device employs a truly unique method of attachment – and in fact this is what really sets it apart from the competition.
I’ve tried several traction devices where you have to feed the head of your penis through a thin silicone loop; which in practice causes a fair few headaches. When traction force is increased, the silicone loop just doesn’t feel secure – and over the course of a few minutes you feel the loop slowly losing its grip around the head of your penis until eventually the inevitable happens…and the device falls off. Of course, for a traction device to work effectively, it needs to be able to easily provide sustained levels of tension…which through its ‘comfort strap’ attachment system the SizeGenetics device does perfectly.
Instead of the usual silicone loop, the SizeGenetics device secures the penis in place by means of an inch wide silicone band that grips the penile shaft extremely securely but comfortably just behind the penile head. In fact the thing just refuses to slip off, even when you crank the tension up to the maximum 1.5kg. You feel a really strong, positive stretch all the way along the length of your penis, which you can sustain quite comfortably for hour after hour. And when you eventually take the device off, the head of your penis feels perfectly normal…not numb and cold as I’ve experienced with the silicone loop variety.
It’s the combination of exacting levels of tension that can be so easily sustained hour after hour, day after day that actually make using this device such a positive experience. You really can just put it on, max up the tension and then forget about it. Of course, you feel the constant stretch – but it’s almost an enjoyable sensation because you know the device is really doing its job. Because of this I’m really not surprised Channel 4’s Tim Shaw was able to achieve such a noticeable gain in such a short amount of time.
Although I’m packing 8 inches thanks to the use of penile exercises, I really wish this device had been available a few years ago when I was starting out with penis enlargement. Yes exercises do work, but they take a lot more commitment than using a high calibre traction device. Having experienced the impressive comfort, simplicity of use and reliability of the SizeGenetics device, it’s easy to see why users on average gain almost 30 percent in erect penis length.

I’ve used this device for 3 months. Really comfortable and stays in place all day if you want it on that long. Apart from the odd long session I use it for about 2 hours a day. So far I’ve gained just over 1 ½ inches in erect length and about ¾ inch girth – which I didn’t expect to happen. I’m really pleased I tried this before opting for surgery.

The silicone noose on the ******** (admin edit) is **** (admin edit). Really wish I'd bought this one instead. I can't keep it on for more than 15 minutes before it falls off. Even when it's in place, if you bend down or even walk too much, you start to feel it slip off. I think I'll cut my loses and buy this.

Amazing device! Had it for a week…sitting down writing this wearing it. The stretch you feel when it's on is awesome – you feel it through the length of your penis like it's stretching every last inch. I'm going to wait another week or two before measuring erect gains because I want to see a real change on the ruler. But even after a week I can see my dick is much larger when limp, which I'm thrilled with because I've always thought my flaccid length looked small. Wait for the update!

It is too expensive!!!

It depends what you're looking for and how serious you are Greg. Many men who have spent $1000's on surgery haven't achieved the same level of gains in penis size that have been proven to be achievable through penile traction. If you're looking for a clinically effective method of non-surgical penis enlargement, traction provides it. If you're then looking for the best traction device to do the job as effectively as possible (in terms of comfort, ease of use and consistent tension levels) then the SizeGenetics device is probably the one to choose. But if you don't think that having a larger penis is worth a few hundred dollars then I guess it is too expensive.

SizeGenetics is well built. I bought ******** (admin edit) because it was about $100 less than SizeGenetics, but the build quality wasn't half as good. Loads of people have mentioned problems with the silicone loop on other devices and it is true - they catch the skin on your penis when you're tightening the noose and then slip off when you increase the stretching force. ******** (admin edit) also didn't provide a consistent level of stretching force either - it was either too much (which was painful) or not enough so there was no point wearing it. It was just too much hassle to use. So I decided to buy SizeGenetics and that has been a different experience. It is really comfortable to wear and stays exactly where it should because of the comfort strap system. The tension is consistent - if you set it to 1000g that's what you get - and you can use it all day without much problem. I've used it consistently for about 6 weeks now and have seen an improvement of about 3/4 inch erect length. It's well worth the little extra if you're thinking about buying one of these devices.

I had penis lengthening surgery in June 2008 and my surgeon recommended this device for post-op stretching. In fact, I wish he'd just recommended the device and told me not to bother with the op – 6 months following surgery I'd increased flaccid length by just under an inch and erect length by ¾ inch. From the research I've read since it seems like these devices are more effective used on their own.

Hi Ben, yes the problem with the surgical penis lengthening procedure is that the incision made in the pubic area leads to the formation of internal scar tissue during healing. Scar tissue is extremely inelastic and actually shrinks during the healing process – which retracts the penis back into the body. Without the use of a traction device in the following post-operative months it's not unusual for men to actually end up shorter than they were before surgery. In other words, surgery works in principle, but in practice, the results can be very limited. All current medical research shows that a traction device used a stand alone method of penis enlargement can be much more effective than surgery – it's far easier to stretch the ligaments without the hindrance of scar tissue pulling the penis back. Lengthening surgery tends to produce gains of less than an inch even with the use of a traction device – without surgery the average gains produced through traction alone are around the 1.5 – 2 inch mark.
