Basic PC Clench Exercise...

The best time to perform the following PC muscle exercise is at the end of your natural penis enlargement workout. Because this exercise not only strengthens the PC muscle (with the benefits described on the last page) but also boosts the flow of blood to the penis, the exercise ensures that the penis receives all the nutrient rich blood and oxygen when it needs it most. Exercise Technique…

This exercise can be performed either while sitting or standing. Firstly massage yourself to a full erection. Once erect, squeeze your PC muscle (located between your legs as described on the previous page) so that the angle of your penis literally jumps upwards and the tip of your penis swells with blood. Hold the squeeze for between 3 – 5 seconds and then relax for a moment. You have just completed one rep of the basic PC muscle exercise.

After a rest of a second or two, perform another rep exactly as described above and then keep on going until you have performed the required number of reps.

To start off with as a beginner, it’s a good idea to try for about 50 reps per workout for the first couple of weeks or so. As your PC muscle gradually strengthens and the exercise becomes easier, you can then build up your reps week by week. After the first couple of weeks try to aim for 100 reps per session and ultimately try to work up to about 150 reps after a month or so.
